Terms and conditions
What you may do with what you find here, and what we cannot guarantee.
What this site is
A public monitoring platform that automatically reads data from the transmission operators of Europe's power systems and from the ENTSO-E transparency platform, normalises it and displays it. We produce no data of our own; we collect it, convert it into the same units and present it.
The accuracy of the figures
The figures come from external sources and may be revised by them after publication — a value from an hour ago may look different tomorrow, because the operator corrected it. We always show the moment of the reading, we mark what is estimated, and we do not print zero in place of a missing value.
The data is indicative. It is not advice for trading, investment or operational decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from its use.
Availability
The service is offered “as is”. It may be interrupted for maintenance, it may run out of data when a source falls over, and we promise no availability level. The system's status is public and live at /status.
Using the data and the API
The public API has a per-minute request limit, so the service stays available to everyone. Redistributing a dataset depends on its source's licence: we verify each licence and display it at /data-sources. Where a licence is not verified, the data is shown on the site with attribution but is not served through the API for reuse.
You may not automatically extract the content at a rate that affects the service, circumvent the rate limits, or present the data as produced by you.
Intellectual property
The texts, the interface and the presentation code belong to the operator. The energy data belongs to the sources that publish it and is used under their licences, with attribution.
Applicable law
Romanian law, with the courts competent at the operator's registered office.
A translation for the reader's convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version is the one that counts.
