This is an estimate, not a measurement. There is no official carbon-intensity measurement for this country, so we compute it from the production mix.
Σ(producție_sursă × factor_sursă) / Σ(producție), pe valorile pozitive, cu factori de ciclu de viață.
The factors are life-cycle values — they include construction and fuel, not just combustion. That is why solar, wind and nuclear are not zero. Source: IPCC AR5 WG3, Anexa III, Tabelul A.III.2 (mediane), version 1.

How the renewable share is computed
Σ(surse regenerabile, doar valori pozitive) / Σ(toate sursele, doar pozitive).
Pumped-storage hydro and waste are not counted as renewable — the first would double-count energy, the second is partly fossil and its biogenic fraction cannot honestly be separated.
