Țara care avea toate motivele să ignore fotovoltaicul — hidro ieftin, ierni întunecate — descoperă că panoul nu ține cont de stereotipuri: circa 760 MW instalați în 32.000 de sisteme, capacitate care s-a tot dublat de la an la an, aproape 36.000 de prosumatori și primele patru parcuri la sol trecute de NVE. Trei sferturi din prosumatorii noi vin exact din sud-estul scump — acolo unde fiecare kilowatt-oră propriu bate spotul de 1,80.
