Prosumatorii în net-billing: coeficientul 1,23 și facturi lunare

Milioanele de prosumatori polonezi își vând surplusul în sistemul net-billing, iar din februarie valoarea energiei predate în rețea e majorată cu un coeficient de 1,23. Marii distribuitori trec între timp la facturare lunară obligatorie, iar un proiect de lege adoptat de guvern în iulie promite facturi în sfârșit descifrabile.
