Miercuri, 16 septembrie, fără niciun reactor nuclear în funcțiune, România a consumat 128,3 GWh și a produs 113,9 GWh. Diferența a venit aproape toată din Bulgaria. La prânz, soarele a coborât prețul până la 11 €/MWh; la 20:15 ajunsese la 314 €.
