Prima licitație de gaze verzi a pus preț pe hidrogenul portughez

Portugalia a organizat prima licitație de achiziție centralizată de biometan și hidrogen verde: până la 150 GWh pe an de biometan la maximum 62 de euro pe megawatt-oră și 120 GWh de hidrogen din electroliză la maximum 127. Modelul — statul cumpără, furnizorii revând — dă producătorilor certitudinea de venit fără de care niciun electrolizor nu-și găsește finanțare.
