PNRR italian a pariat pe hidrogen aproape 3,7 miliarde de euro: 450 de milioane pentru o filieră națională de electrolizoare — cu gigafabrica De Nora și Snam de la Cernusco sul Naviglio în centru — 500 de milioane pentru zece „hydrogen valleys” și 2 miliarde pentru industria greu de decarbonat. Termenul-cheie al filierei: 1 GW de capacitate de producție pe an, până la mijlocul lui 2026.
