Seceta a tăiat hidroenergia nordului cu până la 37%

Vara secetoasă a golit bazinele alpine: producția hidro a scăzut în unele zone din nord-est cu 25 până la 37% față de mediile istorice, cu bazine la minus 40% la apă. Peste criza de apă se suprapune una administrativă — mare parte dintre concesiunile hidro au expirat, iar 16 miliarde de euro de investiții așteaptă reguli clare.
