Shah Deniz produced 20 billion m³ of gas in nine months, 4.8% less than in 2025

Azerbaijan’s Shah Deniz field produced around 20 billion cubic metres of gas and 3 million tonnes of condensate in the first three quarters of 2026, according to the report published by bp on 4 November. Gas output fell by 4.8%, and exports via the Sangachal terminal dropped to 73.4 million cubic metres per day.
