Eolianul marin italian stă pe loc: proiectul Agnes așteaptă licitații

Agnes, parcul eolian marin de circa 650 MW plănuit în largul Ravennei, are autorizația de mediu din iulie 2024 — dar licitațiile care i-ar da un contract nu au mai fost organizate, iar guvernul rescrie între timp schema de sprijin FER 2. Compania acuză că modificarea ar scoate din joc tocmai proiectele cu fundații fixe, gata de start.
