Paradoxul pionierului: vântul croat stagnează exact când e mai necesar

Tehnologia care a deschis era regenerabilelor croate traversează anii ei mediocri: producția eoliană a scăzut cu 12,8% pe fondul unui an slab de vânt, parcul instalat bate pasul pe loc în jurul a 1.150 MW, iar la licitațiile HROTE cota eoliană din runda mare a fost modestă — 60 MW. Cauzele se cunosc pe de rost: avizări interminabile, rețea sufocată în Dalmata, comunități tot mai reticente. Rezultatul e paradoxul: țara cu unele dintre cele mai bune resurse de vânt ale Adriaticii construiește aproape exclusiv solar.
