Licitația pentru primul lot al noii zone eoliene marine belgiene acumulează deja un an și jumătate de întârziere: promisă pentru primul trimestru din 2026, apoi pentru „primăvară”, ea așteaptă încă noul cadru legal. Presa belgiană citează estimări după care întârzierea va costa gospodăriile sute de milioane, iar cooperativele cetățenești se tem că vor rămâne pe dinafară.
