Basel: IWB gets a CHF 1.02 billion investment framework for 2027–2030, focused on district heating and the grid

The government of the canton of Basel-Stadt adopted IWB's performance mandate for 2027–2030 on 3 November, with an investment framework of CHF 1.02 billion. The focus is on decarbonising heat, for the 2037 net-zero target, and on adapting the power grid to decentralised solar.
