Pachetul de toamnă al guvernului, pe scurt și fără jargon: toate gospodăriile primesc automat tarifele plafonate — nimeni nu depune nimic — atâta timp cât consumul pe semestrul octombrie–martie rămâne sub 3.000 kWh; surplusul se plătește cu 35% mai scump. Prețurile: 9,13 cenți tarif unic, 9,72 zi / 4,77 noapte. Gazul și termoficarea au plafoanele lor paralele, iar categoriile vulnerabile primesc suplimentar vouchere direcționate. Verificarea contractului rămâne recomandarea oficială numărul unu.
